All prices listed on pitchblanc.com are in Euro (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply and are displayed before completing your order.
We offer secure payment via major payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay). The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

As we work with print-on-demand partners, production and delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery time within the EU is usually 3–7 business days.
We currently ship to the EU, UK, and selected international countries. Shipping details and costs are available during checkout.

 

6. Returns and Complaints

All Pitch Blanc merchandise is produced on demand, which means each item is made specifically for you once the order is placed. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect

• The product delivered is not the one you ordered

In these cases, please contact us via contac@pitchblanc.com within 7 days of receiving your order and attach:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A short description of the problem

If approved, we will either offer a replacement or a refund.
Returns for size-related reasons (e.g., if you ordered multiple items to try them on) will not be accepted.
